How To Use

To get a spa-like luxurious Body Scrub experience:

1. Use this body scrub to massage onto dry or damp skin
Start at the feet and gradually move upwards to the entire body in circular movements, to boost your circulation.

2. Practice mindful breathing, such as inhaling for 7 seconds and exhaling for 11 seconds

3. Gently rinse the scrub whilst enjoying the benefits of exfoliation. Massage any excess oil into your skin to nourish your body and absorb all the goodness.

4. For optimal results, use 2 or 3 times per week.
